STORE POLICIES

ScreenShots Apparel is excited to partner with St. George on this online spirit boutique. The online store will remain open throughout the year, however quantities on some items may become limited.

PRODUCTION
Production begins after the close of the spirit shop. Our typical turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the closing date. We reserve the right to substitute to a comparable garment as needed to fulfill orders.

ORDER DEADLINE
The initial order deadline will be listed on the home page. The online store will reopen following the close of the initial order and remain open throughout the year, however quantities on some items may become limited. Preordering during the initial order is the only way to guarantee availability of some items.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping options vary based on the nature of the order and will displayed at checkout. Typically 2 options are offered:

SHIP TO HOME - Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated by weight and displayed at checkout. Tracking information will be sent via email when the order ships.
PICK UP IN STORE - Orders can be picked up from ScreenShots Apparel & Design located at 12520 Perkins Rd, Ste.104, Baton Rouge, LA 70810.

RETURNS
Due to the custom nature of our items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including sizing. Manufacturer's sizing charts are provided whenever available to aid in sizing selection and sizers are available in store for some items. If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to resolve it with you.

CANCELLATIONS & ADDITIONS
Customers may contact us to cancel or add to their order, however changes cannot be guaranteed.

All artwork produced by ScreenShots Apparel & Design, is owned by ScreenShots Apparel & Design. Please note colors in digital mockups may not represent the colors of final product. Colors may appear differently on fabric than on your computer screen.
